Jim says: “I pretty much like everything on their menu but I really like their daily fish specials and their Parmesan Crusted Chicken is great dish .”
Jim’s advice: “Make reservations early, the place fills up. If you can’t get a reservation, you can always try your luck by just showing up and they do their best to fit you in.”
Veta favorite here is: “Shrimp. I love their shrimp. Grilled if I’m being good. Fried if I’m in the mood to be bad.”
Veta’s tip: ” “Order the bread pudding. Even if you don’t like bread pudding… order it.”
Sal’s Neighborhood Pizzaria

Veta recommends: “I really like their chicken piccata but my absolute favorite here is their sausage and peppers!”
Jim’s advice: “The place is small and they really squeeze you in. So make some new friends while you eat.”

Veta’s recommends: “The Chicken Montrano. It has all my favorites, chicken, sausage, peppers and a garlic cream sauce!”
Jim’s favorite here: “I really enjoy their nightly specials, whatever sounds interesting. I’m never disappointed.”
Their advice: “You may need to use your phone’s flashlight feature, the dining room’s mood lighting isn’t very conducive to reading menus.”

Veta’s favorite here is: “…the Bahamian Curry Chicken. A great combination of flavors with sweet potatoes and kale in a delicious curry. It sounds a bit odd at first, but it’s really delicious!”
Jim’s tip: “Get there early because it gets crowded and they don’t take reservations! If it’s nice out, sit out on their deck!”
